Normanna Special Meeting Minutes March 22, 2004
The Normanna Special Meeting was called to order on March 22, 2004 by Dan Johnson at 6:50 P.M. at the Normanna Town Hall. Present were Supervisors, Dan Johnson, Will Rhodes, Marcia Stromgren; Clerk/Treasurer, Tammy Courrege; along with 1 other.
The special board meeting was called to order to approve a resolution to set a date for a public road hearing.
Dan Johnson presented resolution: Order Setting Forth Initial Descriptions and Setting Hearing Date.
Letters have to be served by hand to the effected landowners notifying them of the road alteration hearing. Hearing notices have to be posted and published. Affidavits have to be done for the posting and letters served. The board also has to do an inspection of the turnaround area where the road alteration will be.
A motion was made by Dan Johnson to have the public road hearing for the Koski Road turnaround road alteration to take place at 6:00 P.M. on April 19, 2004 at the driveway entrance of 5949 Koski Road to examine the road and then reconvene at the town hall. Marcia Stromgren seconded. All for. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Dan Johnson to adjourn the meeting at 7:15 P.M. Marcia Stromgren seconded. All for. Motion carried.
